Processing Time Because our products are handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality, please allow 2 business days for your order to be processed and packed before it is shipped. This processing time is separate from the shipping time estimated at checkout.

Shipping Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Carrier Delays & Liability Once a package is handed over to the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), Stephania’s Co. is no longer responsible for delays, lost packages, or transit damage. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather, high volume, or carrier issues.

Warm Weather Warning (Body Butters) Note: If you ship body butters during summer months, include this: Our body butters are natural and heat-sensitive. During warmer months, products may soften or melt during transit. This does not affect the quality or benefits of the product. If your butter arrives melted, place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to solidify. We are not responsible for melted products left outside in the heat.

International Shipping We currently ship to the United States only / US and Canada].

Return and Refund Policy

At Stephania’s Co., we want you to love your self-care experience. However, due to the intimate nature of personal care products, our return policy is strict to ensure hygiene and safety.

1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please email Info@stephanias.co with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We will happily provide a replacement or issue store credit.

2. Unopened & Unused Products We accept returns on unused, unopened, and sealed products within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs although same box can be used.
Once inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

3. “Satisfaction Guarantee” (Opened/Used Products) We understand you may try a product and find it isn’t the right fit. While we do not offer cash refunds on used items, we may offer Store Credit under the following conditions:

The request is made within 14 days of delivery.
The product is at least 75% full (not fully consumed).
The return is approved based on a valid quality or satisfaction concern.
Note: Stephania’s Co. reserves the right to deny store credit requests if we suspect abuse of this policy.

4. Non-Returnable Items The following items are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

Clearance or Sale items.
Gift Cards.
Samples or Trial sizes.
