Customers are encouraged to review ingredient lists before use and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

3. Returns, Store Credit & Satisfaction Policy

a. Timeframe

We accept return or store credit requests within 14 days of delivery.

b. Used Products

Because personal care items are intimate in nature, refunds are not offered on opened or used products. However, store credit may be issued for partially used items within the 14-day window, subject to review and approval.

To qualify:

• The request must be made within 14 days of delivery
• The product must not be fully consumed
• Proof of purchase is required
• The issue must be related to quality or customer satisfaction

Approved store credit will be issued electronically and does not expire.

c. Unused & Unopened Products

Unused and unopened products may be eligible for a refund or store credit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or store credit:

• Fully used products
• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly replace the item or issue store credit.

6. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to production volume or carrier delays. Stephania’s Co. is not responsible for delays once the order has been handed over to the carrier.

All content on stephanias.co including logos, product names, text, and images is the property of Stephania’s Co. and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
